Harrar

Ethiopia produces some of the most unique and fascinating coffees in the world. There are few large farms and 90% of the coffee is grown by small growers. Harrar coffees are grown from wild native trees on small farms in the Eastern part of the country. They are almost always used in espresso blends to capture the fine aromatics in the crema, and the best Harrar is the coffee in which true Mocha flavours are found.
