Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are based on weight of the coffee and will be automatically added when you place an order.  They will be visible in your basket before the final stage of checkout and payment.

UK shipping charges are s follows:

All shipping is done through Royal Mail. Most items will be dispatched within 24 hours as our aim is that coffee gets to you while being as fresh as possible. Delivery in the UK will be made within 28 days from shipping, although items will often be received within 1-2 business days.

If ordering from abroad, please contact us for exact shipping cost information. Delivery for the rest of the world will be within 28 days. While it is usually quicker, shipping times can vary from country to country.

If you have any special delivery requirements (if you need your shipment signed for upon delivery, tracked to its final destination or sent as priority shipping), this will incur a higher shipping cost. In this case, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns and Cancellations Policy

Customer has a right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations (this does not include beans that are ground to customer's personal specification), within 7 working days. Customer has the right to cancel the order without giving a reason. Where the customer exercises his/her cancellation rights, the goods should be returned to us within a reasonable time, and the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you only to process orders. When you order, we need to know your name and contact details such as e-mail address and delivery address. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, so we do not have access to your credit card details. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order.
